How can we use data to live better lives? That is the question that I have built my career around answering. From researching how build more effective teams to sharing data-backed strategies to negotiate a better deal, I seek to equip individuals with the necessary tools to be successful. I have a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Stanford Graduate School of Business and now work as a People Research Scientist in the technology industry, where I leverage data, statistics, and my expertise in human behavior to design more effective organizations. I started my career at Google, before joining an early stage startup focused on employee motivation and wellbeing, before moving to my current role at Meta (formerly Facebook).
